ABOUT
Riz is the founder and director of Jawaab, a creative campaigning organisation led by young people and currently directs and commissions social media content for the Trades Union Congress.
Awarded a Tony Blair Faith Foundation fellowship, Riz has developed leadership programmes with young refugees for Islington Council and was awarded the social justice and peace building fellowship at Clare College, Cambridge University.

Dr. William Barylo
ABOUT
William gained his Doctorate from the prestigious École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), one of France’s Grands établissements. Specialised in religious minorities, his research highlights successful strategies for social cohesion.
He has trained public services, police officers and government bodies in France and the UK. He uses film-making to reach wider audiences and has produced viral videos for a few clients. William was awarded the prestigious British Academy postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Warwick.
